Financial Controller

The Financial Controller will be responsible of the following tasks:

• Manage day to day interfaces with corporate and finance service providers of the Funds (administrator, custodian, auditors…),
• Control the accounting of the funds and other vehicles under management, prepared by external administrators,
• Manage cashflow (cash flow forecasts, capital calls, distributions, …),
• Manage the interface between the investment and asset management team and the external providers,
• Supervise all reporting and filing obligations and ensure the compliance of all operational and accounting information,
• Oversee of the audit process and annual accounts preparation,
• Preparation of the financial part of the Investor Relations Report
• Monitoring of payments, receivables and payables.
• Updating and monitoring of Fund data in the internal investment software.

• Management school or university degree in finance or accounting,
• From 5 years of experience in either the financial services, audit firm or private equity fund sectors,
• Strong Fund management, accounting and tax background,
• Strong analytical capacities,
• Rigor and organization,
• Autonomous, adaptable and proactive with a strong team spirit,
• Advanced usage of Excel and accounting software,
• Fluent in English.
